The rigorous evaluation process includes employee verification that these policies and practices are carried out effectively in the organization. Award recipients successfully use flexibility to meet both employee and employer goals.
The Alfred P. Sloan Award is national award given through the Families and Work Institute in partnership with Institute for a Competitive Workforce, an affiliate of the United States Chamber of Commerce, and the Twiga Foundation.
